Business Lawyer Pricing

How Much Does a Business Lawyer Cost?

Lawyer’s fees depend on a variety of factors including the lawyer’s experience, customer experience, and practice area. Our legal fees are not just about legal services, but you also get the best client experience. Our clients report far higher satisfaction than compared to client satisfaction surveys of law firms. In sum, when you work with us, you get:

Client satisfaction (higher than industry averages)
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS), a metric used to track consumer satisfaction and loyalty, is 80, whereas the average NPS in the legal industry, according to industry surveys, is an abysmal 25.
Timely turnaround for services
According to industry surveys, lawyers struggle to respond to clients. At Motiva  Business Law, we have internal systems and checklists that prevent our clients’ matters and deadlines from falling through the cracks.
Client Education
Our services include educating our clients on the documents they sign, the relevant laws, and the different options they have in relation to their matters.
Access to our network of professionals
Whether you need an accountant, financial advisor, bookkeeper, real estate broker, lender, or more — we have a vast network of trusted professionals that we can refer you to so you don’t have to look for yourself. Also, when applicable, we coordinate directly with your trusted advisors so can meet your goals.
Fixed and transparent pricing
With our flat fees, you can more easily budget for your legal needs rather than deal with unpredictable hourly billing. Fixed fees also allow us to focus on your matter rather than meeting billable firm goals.

Below is a table of general fees. Please note that these are estimates and ranges based on past client work and that the prices for your services are tailored to your specific situation.

Danya has been excellent to work with. I've worked with Danya on creating standardized contracts for my business as well as having her review contracts that need my signature and I need guidance on. Danya has been very responsive and has taken the time to understand what our needs are for each contract to ensure they are correct.
Rich E.
Danya was a recommendation from another friend/business owner and I am glad to have chosen her to help represent my case. She was very knowledgeable in the strategies and fact findings to be able to help build a solid case and we were able to settle my case out of court without further extension and costs.
